What are we about?
We are very proud of our unique philosophy and individualized approach to each student’s education. We create a family-centered culture within each classroom that emanates beyond our school to our
homes and community. We pride ourselves on strong values, patriotism, peer mentoring, and
inclusiveness. In many ways, we have captured the spirit of the one-room schoolhouse from the past
and revived it with a challenging curriculum and individualized learning for an innovative future. We also
believe there is much learning to be done outside of the classroom, which is why we commit to
providing our families the flexibility to travel, explore, or serve without fear of “falling behind”.

We emphasize mindfulness to help our students develop coping skills that will enable them to adapt to today’s ever-changing world. We use a blend of yoga, meditation, and physical activity to help our students learn how to manage anxiety and stress. These skills promote mindfulness in and out of the classroom and lay the foundation for lifelong health and wellness.
