Daily Mindfulness

We emphasize mindfulness to help our students develop coping skills that will enable them to adapt to today’s ever-changing world. We use a blend of meditation, journaling, affirmations, daily mindfulness exercises and physical activity to help our students learn how to manage anxiety and stress. These skills promote mindfulness in and out of the classroom and lay the foundation for lifelong health and wellness. We strive towards strong families and healthy relationships. We teach our students conflict resolution and deeper understanding of their own minds & emotions to handle what life throws at them. Innovate focuses on the mental health of each of our students and strive to develop healthy mental strength.
